Thank you for installing an excellent security and camera system at Mancy's Restaurant. First I was impress that you took the time to understand our needs and our worries. I was especially happy with the options of equipment and pricing that were presented to me. The system was well thought out, less expensive and offered better protection than the national chain security company proposed.
Second, the gentlemen that installed the system were true professionals. They arrived on time and worked diligently. As you know our building is over 100 years old, filled with tin ceilings and antique shades. Simply, it is tough to wire. When finished, I did not notice the wires or the added motion detectors and cameras throughout the entire restaurant. I now have security equipment installed in areas of the restaurant that the national security company said was to time consuming and costly to install.
Last, your call center is prompt, polite and professional. They have called several times while performing their duties and I am completely satisfied with their service.

As the recipients of Extreme Makeover Home Edition(C) the Frisch Family received many beautiful, wonderful things. We met many generous, incredible people. Jim Bigelow and Bigelow Audio, Visual and Security were at the top. The security system is top notch and the monitoring station was always at our disposal 24 hours a day if needed. There were a few false alarms as we were getting used to the system and the monitoring station called immediately to make sure that everything was ok and was very professional.
Bigelow Audio, Visual installed an incredible theatre system and screening room. After the cable was hooked into the ouse, they came out and programmed a universal remote that controlled every feature in the room. We like to spend time as a family watching movies, and this system makes it seem as if we are in a movie theatre. Bigelow also placed a whole house Sonos sound system that we absolutely love to use! It was a wonderful thing to have soft music in the background, or to have music playing on the patio as we are enjoying a bonfire.
The thing that impressed us the most is the caring professionalism of the company. If we have a question or a need, it is taken care of immediately and then there was a callback a few days later to make sure that everything was still on track. Bigelow has stood by and behind its products and services

Last month we had a security system installed in our home. We had contacted several companies and decided to use your services. We received two signs that I posted in both our front and back yards before the system was placed in our house. (We were going to be gone for several weeks before the work could be done and we wanted the protection at that time).
When the day of the installation arrived, we were ready and after a couple of hours, the system was up and operating. We are most pleased. But the real reason we are writing is to let you know of the competency and politeness of the two installers. The two fellows were very polite, efficient and thorough. It seemed as if no one was in our home while the work was being done. They cleaned all the mess that the installation had caused.
And then came time for the explanation of the system. It was a pleasing experience with the technician being patient and understanding with our ignorance of what to do. I needed to write each direction in my own words and he was so understanding and thorough in his instructions. We did have a list of the additional codes that needed to be entered and he was pleased to have them all available.
We were very satisfied with the techs and their work and we feel that you should know that you are fortunate to have such competent and dedicated workers.

We have been with Bigelow Security since 2005 when our new home was built. The overall building process was overwhelming with all of the decisions that one needs to make to have everything come together. But when it came to choosing who we wanted to install our sound & security, Jim came out and explained everything to us in detail. The information was so beneficial to us so it made our decision an easy one based on his knowledge of the products and experience in this line of work. Once our decision was made, Jim took care of getting everything installed and set up so we were up and running in no time. Having the security system in place and in operating order was crucial to us while our home was still under construction. It was comforting to have the piece of mind that your possession was protected and being watched over when you could not be there.
Since that time, we have had no problems at all with our security system and the monitoring. The programming is easy to operate but the staff is always friendly and willing to help if you do have a question/concern or just want to perform your regular testing.

Our home security was installed by Bigelow Security in 2004. We were building our dream home when my husband was diagnosed with terminal cancer. When it came to the alarm system, I wanted everything evaluated and installed that would make me feel safe when the time came for me and my graddaughter to be alone. I know Jim thought it was overkill but understood the situation and saw that things were done as asked. More than once, we have set off the alarm accidentally and have had immediate calls to see if things ok. On two occasions when the alarm went off for unknown reasons, the operator stayed on the line with me until my son or police arrived as I was terrified. They have never failed to respond to my calls or questions and I would recommend then highly for your security needs.
